MEET BRIGID

Founder and President of The Next Level, Inc.

For more than twenty-five years, Brigid Moynahan has provided consultation and training to a virtual Who’s Who of Fortune 500 companies including 15 of the Diversity, Inc. Top 50. She’s played a vital role as advisor to clients who have won the Catalyst Award for advancing women’s leadership. These include JP Morgan Chase, Chubb & Son, Johnson & Johnson, Ernst & Young, Deloitte & Touche and others.

Brigid’s executive program for women at the Rutgers Institute for Women’s Leadership embodies best practices and pioneering methods for developing women in a cross-section of industries. Her programs on microinequities have been recognized around the world and profiled by the Conference Board and the Catalyst Foundation. Her most recent contribution is Success Circles®,a peer coaching system that joins leaders together to deepen relationships, solve problems, share work challenges, overcome limitations and significantly advance their careers.

Through her work as an executive coach, Brigid guides clients as they strengthen their leadership, develop others and build powerful alliances that fuel growth and innovation. A constant innovator, Brigid’s latest keynote is a comedy illustrating leadership issues entitled “Tightropes and Tornadoes; The Women’s Leadership Journey.”

Brigid is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, with advanced degrees and training from Hunter College, The Graduate Center, National Training Laboratories, the Tavistock Institute, the MIT Dialogue Project, The New York Psychoanalytic Institute, and Systems Centered Training (Yvonne Agazarian). She has taught communications at The New School, City College, and the New York Institute of Technology. Before founding her consulting firm in 1986, she served as an executive with Burson-Marsteller and the American Management Association in New York City.

In addition to her consulting business, Brigid performs solo shows, improvisation, and is a successful playwright.
